Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: We never charge for delivery on regularly scheduled
delivery days. If you need your items before our next trip to
your area, we will work with you to find the lowest cost delivery
option to suit your needs. Unlike most other companies, we
never mark up shipping costs or add handling charges.
Q: Which items do you stock?
A: We stock a wide variety of the most common packaging
items. In addition, for regular customers, we can work with
you on non-stock items to set up a schedule and have your item in
stock prior to your anticipated need to order.
Q: What types of customers do you serve?
A: Just as northern New England has a wide variety of
people and businesses, we serve a wide variety of people and
businesses. No packaging need is too small or too large - we
believe in offering the best possible customer service to all of our
customers!
Q: My company did not purchase our equipment from you.
Can you still help us with servicing it?
A: We will service any packaging equipment you might have,
regardless of whether it was originally purchased from us. As
long as parts are available if needed, we are here to help.
